By using this website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed all product descriptions and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Calli Tire & Wheel LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, for any reason.

All tires are custom-made to order based on the customer’s selected specifications.

Before Production:
If an order is canceled before it enters production, a $40 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund. This covers non-refundable costs such as credit card processing, transaction, and administrative fees incurred at the time the order is placed.
After Production Begins:
If an order is canceled after it has entered production, is ready to ship, or is ready for local pickup—or if the order is refused upon delivery—a 25% cancellation fee will apply. This fee is calculated on the product total only (excluding shipping and tax).

Refusal of delivery will be treated as a cancellation after production and will be subject to the same 25% cancellation fee.

Due to the custom nature of our products, material, labor, and production costs are incurred once production begins. For this reason, no exceptions will be made to this policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details prior to placing an order. Claims of misunderstanding the product, assumptions about appearance, or failure to review product information do not qualify for exceptions to this policy.

Product images are provided for general reference only and may not represent the exact appearance of the finished product. Due to the custom manufacturing process, variations in appearance, including but not limited to whitewall profile, edge detail, and minor cosmetic imperfections, are normal and do not constitute a defect. Whitewalls are a custom-applied product and are not factory-molded. Variations inherent to the process are normal.

1.1 One Year Limited Warranty

The following warranty policies apply to Calli Whitewall Tires manufactured by Calli Tire & Wheel LLC.

A. Limited Warranty

Calli Whitewall Tires are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

This warranty is provided solely by Calli Tire & Wheel LLC and not by the original tire manufacturer.

B. Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty does not cover:

Improper wheel alignment
Abuse or misuse
Under-inflation or overloading
Incorrect sizing or application
Damage caused by improper mounting or dismounting procedures
Cosmetic conditions, including staining, minor blemishes, or minor delamination of the whitewall
Tread life or mileage
Road hazards (no road hazard warranty is offered)

Cosmetic appearance, including surface texture, minor imperfections, and variations inherent to the manufacturing process, is not considered a defect and is not covered under this warranty.

Calli Tire & Wheel LLC shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages.

All shipping costs (incoming and outgoing) for warranty claims are the sole responsibility of the customer.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

C. Exclusive Remedy

This warranty is exclusive and represents the sole obligation of Calli Tire & Wheel LLC.

At its sole discretion, Calli Tire & Wheel LLC may:

Repair the tire, or
Replace the tire

No other remedies are available.

D. Inspection and Installation Responsibility

All tires must be inspected prior to mounting. Any damage, defect, or concern must be reported before installation.

Tires that have been mounted or used will be presumed to have been received in acceptable condition and free of defects, unless proven otherwise.

Damage resulting from improper mounting, dismounting, or installation procedures is not covered under this warranty and will not be accepted for return.

E. No Reliance on Other Statements

No employee, representative, or third party is authorized to modify or extend this warranty.

Any statements outside of this agreement shall not be relied upon and do not constitute a warranty.

F. Entire Warranty

This Limited Warranty constitutes the entire warranty agreement. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

G. Returns

Returns are accepted only if all warranty conditions are met and must be approved by Calli Tire & Wheel LLC.

Tires must be returned in new, unused condition within 10 days of delivery
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both directions)
A 25% restocking fee (based on the product total only, excluding shipping and tax) will apply

If the order included a “Free Shipping” promotion, a $40 per tire shipping charge will be deducted from any refund.

Once a tire has been mounted or used, no returns, refunds, or replacements will be offered, except as expressly provided under this Limited Warranty.

Calli Tire & Wheel LLC is not responsible for damage caused by the customer or installer. Such items are not eligible for return.

No returns are accepted on Tire and Wheel Packages.

1.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Calli Tire & Wheel LLC and its agents, directors, officers, employees, information providers, licensors, licensees, and affiliates (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You agree to cooperate fully, as reasonably required, in the defense of any such claim. Calli Tire & Wheel LLC reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification. You may not settle any such matter without the prior written consent of Calli Tire & Wheel LLC.

1.3 Changes to Terms and Website Content

Calli Tire & Wheel LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any portion of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any changes become effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of the site following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

Calli Tire & Wheel LLC also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any content, materials, product offerings, or specifications on this site at any time, without notice and without liability.

1.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

No evidence of prior dealings, trade usage, or course of performance shall be used to modify or contradict the terms of this Agreement.

1.5 Assignment

Neither party may assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.

1.6 Construction

This Agreement shall be interpreted fairly and not strictly for or against any party, regardless of which party drafted it.

1.7 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

1.8 Headings

Section headings are provided for organizational purposes only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision of this Agreement.

1.9 Waiver

Failure by Calli Tire & Wheel LLC to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or of the right to enforce it in the future.

Any waiver of a provision shall apply only to the specific instance in which it is given and shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.

1.10 Jurisdiction and Venue

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to the use of this website or the purchase of products from Calli Tire & Wheel LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any such action shall be the appropriate state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you further agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

1.11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calli Tire & Wheel LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of this website or the purchase or use of any products, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or loss of profits. In all cases, the total liability of Calli Tire & Wheel LLC shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
