Receipt of an order confirmation (whether electronic or otherwise) does not constitute acceptance of an order or confirmation of an offer to sell.
Calli Tire & Wheel LLC reserves the right, at any time after an order is placed, to accept or decline the order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or issues with payment verification.
Calli Tire & Wheel LLC also reserves the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per order, per customer, or per household.
If an order is canceled—either by the customer or by Calli Tire & Wheel LLC—applicable cancellation fees will apply in accordance with the Cancellation Policy outlined above.
