For the lower 48-states, all orders are via UPS Ground, sorry we can not ship to APO/AE addresses at this time. All orders to Canada are shipped UPS Standard. All orders to Hawaii & Alaska are shipped either via USPS Parcel Post, UPS Ground, or DHX Ocean Freight (curbside delivery only or terminal pickup).
We are not shipping orders overseas at this time, as the shipping costs are very, very high, so please don't ask us to ship overseas. If you would like to use your own freight broker, we require a check or money order in US Dollars drawn against a US financial institution as payment for the order. We will not accept a credit card or PayPal, there is no exception to this policy.
All shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. No claims will be accepted after 48 hours. We assume no responsibility for delayed or damaged items due to the shipping carrier. Orders shipped via UPS/DHX are charged freight both ways on refused or undeliverable shipments. Tracers for lost packages and claims can take 7 to 14 workings days to be completed. We can not issue replacement items until the carrier completes the claim.
