Calli Tire & Wheel LLC is proud to offer a line of custom-made, affordable whitewall tires.

Our process transforms a modern radial blackwall tire into a whitewall tire using real white rubber—not paint. The white rubber is permanently bonded to the tire through a vulcanization process (heat and pressure), creating a durable, long-lasting whitewall.

Each Calli Whitewall® tire also includes a stain-blocking layer, which is a black rubber barrier placed beneath the white rubber to help reduce discoloration and maintain a cleaner appearance.

Our mascots Calli Cruiser™ and Miss Calli™ represent the classic Americana spirit behind Calli Whitewall® custom tires.

Available Sizes and Fitment

We currently offer custom whitewalls for 13", 14", 15", 16", and 17" passenger tires.

Whitewall widths up to approximately 3.50 inches, depending on available sidewall space
Built exclusively on modern radial tires
No bias-ply or reproduction tires are used

Whitewall Design and Limitations

Due to the nature of our manufacturing process and equipment:

Whitewalls are applied as a raised rubber layer
The whitewall cannot be made edge-to-edge
The whitewall cannot start directly at the bead
A gap of approximately 3/8" to 5/8" between the bead and whitewall is normal

We position the whitewall as close to the bead as possible, especially on larger widths (2" and above), while maintaining structural integrity.

Craftsmanship and Expectations

Our process has been developed through years of research and development since we began in 2013. We continue to refine and improve our methods.

Because each tire is custom-built, minor cosmetic variations may occur, including small air pockets or surface imperfections, particularly on wider whitewalls. These are a normal part of the process.

Calli Whitewall® tires are designed to provide an affordable, visually appealing option for daily drivers. While they are not factory-molded whitewalls, they offer a unique and durable custom look.

Warranty and Lead Time

All Calli Whitewall® tires include a one-year limited warranty (see Terms and Conditions for full details).

Orders are made to order, with a typical lead time of approximately 2–3 weeks, though this may vary depending on demand.

Tire Brands We Use

The tires we use typically have an expected tread life of approximately 40,000 to 70,000 miles, depending on the brand and application.

Premium Option

For many larger sizes, we use Hankook Kinergy ST H735 tires. These offer:

Higher mileage rating (up to approximately 70,000 miles)
Well-known brand with consistent performance

In select sizes, Hankook may be available as an upgrade option.

Value Brand Tires

For many smaller sizes, we use value-brand radial tires to provide a more affordable option.
