Wire Wheel Information and Installation Guidelines

Wheel Design and Construction
The wire wheels offered by Calli Tire & Wheel LLC are true knock-off style wheels.
- Wheels are secured using a knock-off hub (center cap)
- The hub attaches to a wheel adapter
- The adapter is mounted to the vehicle using lug nuts
Sealing and Tubeless Design
The spokes on these wire wheels are sealed internally using silicone, allowing for tubeless tire use.
- Do not cut, damage, or disturb the silicone seal
- Damage to the seal may result in air leaks
While these wheels are commonly used on daily-driven vehicles, due to the nature of the sealing method and potential for damage, they are recommended for show use only.
Fitment and Offset Information
These wire wheels are available in Standard and Reverse (Deep Dish) offsets.
Standard Offset
- Sits closer to the vehicle, similar to stock wheel positioning
- Smaller lip
- Spokes positioned closer to the outer face

Reverse (Deep Dish) Offset
- Larger outer lip
- Spokes positioned further inward
- May extend outward toward or beyond the fender

Important Fitment Notes
- These offsets are primarily designed for low to medium offset vehicles (typically rear-wheel drive)

Vehicles requiring high offset wheels (commonly front-wheel drive, but not always) may experience:
- Fender clearance issues
- Rubbing or contact
- Steering limitations
Calli Tire & Wheel LLC does not offer front-wheel-drive (FWD) offset wire wheels.
Use of Standard or Reverse offset wheels on incompatible vehicles may require modifications and is the responsibility of the customer.
Backspacing (Approximate)
- 13x5.5 Standard: 3.25"
- 13x5.5 Reverse: 1.90"
- 14x6 Reverse: ~1.25"
- 15x6 Reverse: ~1.75"
- 13x7 / 14x7 / 15x7 Reverse: ~1.875"
- 13x7 / 14x7 / 15x7 Standard: ~3.625"
- 14x6 / 15x6 Standard: ~2.875"
- 15x8 Standard: ~4.25"
- 15x8 Reverse: ~2.50"
- 15x10 Standard: ~4.875"
- 15x10 Reverse: ~2.875"
(All measurements are approximate)
Adapter Installation (Critical)
Each set includes four (4) adapters:
- Red adapters --> Right (passenger side)
- White adapters --> Left (driver side)
IMPORTANT:
Incorrect installation may result in loosening, damage, or wheel separation.
CRITICAL/IMPORTANT: RED right/passenger - WHITE left/driver
Wheel Installation
- Ensure the adapter and wheel teeth fully engage
- Check clearance around brake calipers before installation
- Do not install wheels smaller than the minimum size required to clear brakes
If clearance is insufficient, spacers may be required.
Knock-Off Installation
- Knock-offs are marked “R” (right) and “L” (left)
- Install on the correct side of the vehicle
- Tighten using a lead hammer or appropriate tool
Post-Installation Check
- Recheck knock-off tightness after the first day of driving
- Continue to check periodically
Failure to properly install or maintain the system may result in:
- Damage to wheel and adapter teeth
- Loosening of components
- Potential wheel separation
